31 ships carrying petroleum, other goods to arrive Lagos ports

Up to thirty one ships loaded with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island Ports in Lagos.

According to the “Shipping Position” document from Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), such number of vessels are to arrive the ports from April 6 to April 24.

The ships are reportedly carrying buckwheat, empty containers, frozen fish, bulk sugar, general cargoes, containers, steel products, diesel. petrol etc. One of them has already docked at the port awaiting the unloading ff aviation fuel.

Sixteen other ships with general cargoes, wheat, ethanol, aviation fuel, crude palm oil, containers and petrol are currently at the ports.
